Our ideal candidate has a strong back ground in commercial landscape construction and earthworks, is an experienced and dependable leader, and is committed to team growth and success. As a Construction Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of commercial landscape and earthworks construction projects including;
The supervision and training of field staff and heavy equipment operators, oversite of subcontractors, and ensuring all work preformed adherers to client scope and site specifications while maintaining project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years experience as a Landscape Construction/Earthworks Foreman

* Experienced in heavy equipment operation including skid steers, excavators, and loaders

* Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract

* Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Background in Horticulture considered an asset
