Position: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We are a growing company in the Food & Beverage industry with several outlets around Singapore. We are looking for a responsible and proactive team player to support our team and help the company grow.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily admin tasks and other duties when needed
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Prepare Stall Tenancy Agreements
  • Apply for SFA, HSA, and SPF licenses
  • Keep track of tenancy agreements and licenses
  • Update stall rental information
  • Arrange exhaust cleaning schedules
  • Work closely with the Operations and Accounts teams
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher
  • At least 2 years of admin experience
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsible and willing to take ownership of tasks
