• Starting Rate of $19.00 per hour

• Operate warehouse material handling equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is packaged.
• Adhere to established inventory control systems and computer tracking.
• Stock workstations with material required in the packaging process.
• Sort and palletize finished product for shipment.
• Work toward zero shipping errors.
• Work within the company quality control system.
• Complete and maintain a variety of measurements, reports, records, and documentation.
• Strive to improve departmental efficiencies and reduce cost through continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and working environment.
• Foster goodwill with internal customers.
• Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as assigned.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to use hands regularly to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and equipment. The employee is required to both see and hear. The employee must be able to walk, sit and stand. The employee occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs., and occasionally kneels and bends.

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. The manufacturing environment is subject to moderate changes in temperature and the employee will be exposed to typical hazards of noise, flying debris, and overhead hazards requiring the use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

• Pay Range: $19.00 per hour
• Bonus Eligible:
  This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in the applicable bonus plan.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Six months of warehouse experience preferred. Oracle EBS / WMS / Synapse / Rf Scanner experience preferred.
