Job Description Department Head - Grand Rapids Store (Full-Time)Location: Grand Rapids, MN 55744

Job Type: Full-Time Hours
Schedule:
Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation
Targeted Pay Range: $15-18 per hour.
(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
What You’ll Do In This RoleOur Department Heads are responsible for ensuring that products are merchandised, stocked and available for customer need. Sales floor clerks working on the freight team will look to you for guidance and direction, and you’ll be the go-to for customers who have questions or need extra help while they shop in the store. Ideal candidates have previous experience or knowledge in retail and merchandising products.
