As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a single tax office, and drive seasonal tax business growth. Your responsibilities include developing staff, ensuring excellent client service, and meeting office growth objectives. You will serve as a resource on tax topics and support associate development.
Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience and 2+ years as a Tax Professional. You should be proficient in MS Office, capable of working independently, and adaptable to flexible schedules. A high school diploma or higher is required.

This position is full-time, with a pay range of $15.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. Local minimum wage laws apply.
