Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role at Wille Transport Inc., located in Cohasset, MN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and overseeing heavy duty truck and trailer repairs. The role requires ensuring optimal operation of critical equipment to support seamless company operations.

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant certification is a plus
• Computer and diagnostic equipment experience is preferred.
• Ability to document repairs and parts used maintenance tasks
• Have reliable transportation to and from Wille Transport
• Possess good work ethic and willingness to be to work on time and on a regular basis
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and desire to apply skills to accomplish the task at hand
• Once experience is verified, pay may possibly exceed $26/hr
