We are seeking a FULL‑TIME Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to assist with the delivery of physical therapy treatment interventions and services directly and indirectly, as outlined by an established treatment plan and in accordance with state practice guidelines. This position primarily provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.

• Provide therapeutic treatment in accordance with the patients’ plan of care, focusing on functional and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in training programs for community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
• Assist in establishing restorative nursing programs and coordinate comprehensive care efforts.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care.

• Current valid Physical Therapist Assistant license to practice in the appropriate state.

Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 (Grand Rapids, MN)
