• $62,000.00 /annually
• First Shift
• Supervise inbound and outbound operations, ensuring proper staffing, balanced workflows, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Direct daily inventory audits, investigating discrepancies with a focus on high-value items.
• Review and interpret warehouse performance reports, implement corrective actions as needed, and track progress.
• Coach and guide employees to meet deadlines and achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and clear communication.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong math, organizational, and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to become certified in material handling equipment.
• Physical capability to move safely throughout the warehouse.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
