Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently transporting fuel from regional terminals to retail stations or commercial sites throughout Michigan and Northern Indiana while exhibiting a commitment to professionalism. J & H Transport Drivers:
• Safely operate equipment in compliance with all company policies, laws and regulations.
• Load, transport, and unload each shipment in an efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and equipment managers.
• Maintain a clean equipment interior and exterior and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Are mechanically competent and have a firm understanding of their equipment.
• Properly complete all load-related documentation in an accurate fashion.

Successful performance of these responsibilities requires the following attributes and / or qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• One (1) year of Class A driving experience preferred
• Commercial Drivers License, Class A
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Ability to work nights
• Reliable time management
• Effective communication skills
• A strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed
