XPerts is revving up in Grand Rapids! We are looking for a Fleet Detail & Clean Team Specialist who is high-energy, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This isnt a "behind-the-scenes" cleaning job—its a leadership role for someone who takes pride in the "final polish" and enjoys keeping a fleet road-ready.

• Lead the Standard:
  Perform hands-on detailing, fueling, and cleaning of fleet vehicles and facilities, ensuring every unit meets our "spotless" guarantee.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct final inspections on your team's work to ensure 100% compliance with Detail
  
  XPerts standards.
• Team Mentorship:
  Train new hires on pro-level detailing techniques, fueling safety, and efficient workflows.
• Fleet Logistics:
  Coordinate vehicle movement, monitor supply inventory, and report any mechanical or maintenance issues to management.
• Client Relations:
  Maintain a professional presence and provide exceptional service to our Grand Rapids partners.

• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years in a detailing, janitorial, or fleet service role.
• Leadership:
  You know how to motivate a small team and keep morale high during a busy shift.
• Skills:
  
  Strong organizational habits and basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel) for shift reporting.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliable transportation to our site, and the ability to pass a background check.

• Shift: 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM.
• Days:
  Monday through Friday (with occasional weekends for special projects).
• Type:
  Full-Time and Part-Time tracks available.
