Highland Supply, Inc., est. 2010, is a family owned and operated distributor of food service disposables, sanitation supplies, and other products to many restaurants, offices, retail and medical facilities across Michigan from our three distribution centers in Highland, Gaylord and Grand Rapids. Through superior customer service, Highland Supply has experienced significant growth year after year and we’re looking to expand our team with the addition of another team member.

This is a full‑time, do‑all role requiring excellent customer service, punctuality, accuracy, and a positive attitude. The role involves picking orders, loading a delivery van, delivering to local businesses, returning to the warehouse, and putting away received orders.

• Picking orders from pick tickets
• Double checking orders against pick tickets
• Communicating any errors to the team
• Loading vans with product by hand
• Delivering orders by hand, with a two‑wheel/hand cart
• Driving a non‑commercial vehicle for an 8‑hour day, stopping frequently
• Delivering product to restaurants, office buildings, medical offices and retail – using a dolly
• Interacting with customers at each delivery
• Driving the delivery route and following route instructions from the Operations Team
• Receiving product from suppliers at the main warehouse, checking it in and putting it away on shelves
• Maintaining general housekeeping or warehouse area cleanliness

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs off the ground
• Forklift certified with good experience (required)
• Physical labor readiness
• Preference for those with delivery experience or commercial vehicle driving
• Chauffeur’s License required; may need a DOT medical card exam
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Reliable means of communication

• $19/hr or more for highly qualified applicants
