We are a brand new studio that has been open since May of 2025, and we are looking for a motivated, energetic, inspiring Coach to lead a team of engaged professionals who share your enthusiasm for fitness and helping our members achieve More Life!

As a Fitness Coach your duties & responsibilities include:

• Creating a positive, high energy, respectful, and safe studio environment
• Leading 10-15 classes per week
• Developing studio culture to build Orange theory Fitness (OTF) attendance and retain current members
• Building strong professional relationships with new, current and former OTF studio members
• Facilitating follow up communication and handling member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution.
• Managing the continuous education, development and auditing of coaching personnel within a studio using the OTF business model and policies
• Conduct monthly fitness staff meetings and attending all relative, mandatory webinars and other requested corporate meetings
• Promoting compliance to quality control and brand standards.
• Identifying coach development needs throughout the studio and assist in creating innovative solutions to educational needs
• Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the studio, including the training floor.
• Must be flexible and willing to work weekends, including special events, when needed and as requested by your Studio Manager and supervisor
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orange theory Fitness (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, NSCA)
• Be AED/CPR certified
• Previous OTF experience is preferred but not required
• If you are new to coaching at Orange theory, you will need to be available for a week long training camp on the East side of the state from March 2nd through March 6th, this is paid training and accommodations will be provided.

Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orange theory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.
