This is a full-time, on‑site role for a JR Full Stack Developer ( 80% Frontend ) located in Downtown Grand Rapids, MI. The JR Developer will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application, and write server-side code to power it.

You’ll work directly with the technical co-founder
, building user-facing features with React, and getting high-touch mentorship in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a great opportunity to level up your skills, contribute meaningfully from day one, and grow into a larger role over time.

• Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Project Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular (We use React)
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn, ask questions, and adapt
