What you’ll be doing- Coordinate supportive services for Hope Network's Rapid Re‑housing program, providing strength‑based housing assistance to help participants secure and maintain housing per program guidelines.
- Maintain participant case files confidentially and in compliance with contract and agency requirements.
- Manage program data, including collection, reporting, and entry into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
- Provides regular trainings and counseling to participants.
- Act as liaison between property managers/landlords and participants.
- Provide advocacy for participants; support, problem resolution, and identify resources.
- Offer support and problem‑solving guidance for concerns brought by participants
- Utilize support from Program Manager when working with challenging situations.
- Offer problem resolution options for participants with property owners/landlords.
- Attend and participate in team and staff meetings and trainings.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Housing First strategies, philosophy, and HUD grants preferred.
- Experience in non‑profit organizations preferred.
