Position: HVAC Residential Service Technician

Pay: $28.00 - 45.00 hourly, based on experience

• Maintain, repair, diagnose, and correctly install or replace HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostics to ensure efficient operation.
• Prepare and present recommendations to customers on the most efficient solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete all required documentation, including service logs and job reports.
• Follow safety protocols and uphold Vander Hyde's commitment to quality workmanship.
• Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technology.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional overtime based on demand.

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service.
• Type II EPA Certification or Universal EPA.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Must possess your own basic hand tools.
• Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently.
