Salary Range: $42,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to industry standards.
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during welding operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with welding equipment or processes.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX).

• Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick) beyond primary certification.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and basic weld inspection techniques.
• Basic fabrication skills including grinding, cutting, and fitting.
