Lead Residential HVAC Installer

• Install, service, or repair HVAC and plumbing systems according to code and company standards
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostics to ensure efficient operation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Complete all required documentation, including service logs and job reports
• Follow safety protocols and uphold Vander Hyde s commitment to quality workmanship
• Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technology

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional overtime based on demand

$ per hour, plus bonus opportunities

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation
• Type II EPA Certification or Universal EPA
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver s license with insurable driving record
• Must possess your own basic hand tools
• Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently
