• Troubleshooting, installing, and replacing HVAC systems and equipment
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts
• Perform hands‑on installation and oversee team productivity and safety
• Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards

Working Hours:

Monday through Thursday, 4 x 10 schedule

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction best practices
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage project timelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Must possess your own basic hand tools
• EPA Universal or Type II certification
