Customer Service Technician

$55k Annually plus OT (if applicable)

• 55k annually pay plus OT (if applicable) (8am-5pm)
• 3‑5+ years’ experience in customer service
• Contact Center environment in Middleville, MI
• A background with installation and servicing of plumbing and HVAC/R products (preferred)
• Familiarity with common practices and terminology in HVAC/Plumbing services

• Provide troubleshooting guidance and installation support to service technicians and homeowners in a fast‑paced contact center.
• Work in a contact center daily.

• Be part of a strong technical team that supports each other and is team oriented.
• Excellent compensation – $55k annually base plus OT (if applicable).
