What You'll Be Doing:
* Install top-tier electrical systems in new commercial construction and remodel projects
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with confidence
* Lead and work independently on job sites
* Ensure safety and code compliance (OSHA, NEC, etc.)
* Troubleshoot like a pro and keep jobs running smoothly
* Help mentor apprentices and guide the next generation of electricians
What You Bring:
* Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Michigan
* 2+ years' commercial electrical experience, with foreman-level responsibilities or hands-on involvement in running projects.
* Solid knowledge of the NEC
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Your own basic hand tools
