What You'll Do
* Lead HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects
* Install and replace HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components
* Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Vander Hyde quality standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently
* Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and internal teams
* Maintain safe, organized, and compliant job sites
* Mentor and guide apprentices and installers to strengthen the team
What You Bring
* 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (foreman or lead installer experience preferred)
* Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction best practices
* Ability to read blueprints, manage timelines, and oversee multiple aspects of job progress
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* EPA Universal or Type II Certification
* Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work from heights or tight spaces
* Must provide your own basic hand tools
