Service Technician Grand Rapids

Bath Works of Michigan is a fast-growing, family‑owned bath remodeling company known for quality craftsmanship and five‑star customer experiences. We are growing our Service Department in West Michigan and looking for an experienced Service Technician who wants a consistent schedule, steady work, and clear upward mobility.

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on trade experience who is ready for stability now and leadership opportunity down the road.

• Diagnose minor plumbing and service‑related issues
• Communicate service findings to the leadership team to support training and improve installs
• Deliver a professional, five‑star customer experience
• Document service work and notes in our CRM system
• Perform service and warranty work including caulking, shower door adjustments, minor drywall, and finish work

• Construction, remodeling, plumbing, or general trade experience
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage time independently
• Customer‑focused with professional communication skills
• Interested in career growth with potential to move into a lead or management role

• Consistent full‑time schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• $18–$24 per hour based on experience
