JOB SUMMARY
Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge of methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining buildings and facilities.
