• Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct regular patrols of the community premises to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, alarms, and incidents, following the community's protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence on-site to deter potential security threats and to reassure residents of their safety.
• Assist residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information and assistance when needed.
• Document all incidents, suspicious activities, and security breaches in detailed reports for management review.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions to the management.
• Uphold a high standard of confidentiality regarding community information and resident privacy.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement, particularly in a residential or healthcare setting, is desirable.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Must be able to work the third shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for report writing and communication.
