• Reliability
  - Report for your shift on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform.
• Friendly Personality
  - Balance outstanding customer service with client policies and enforcing rules.
• Following Company and Client Policies
  - Read and interpret written post guidelines, follow procedures, and ensure all tasks are completed throughout the shift.
• Use of De-escalation Techniques
  - Defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics.

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• May NOT have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be available to work at minimum 4+ events per month.
• Must have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Physical Requirements include:
• Must be able to stand or walk for 4-8 hour shifts.
• Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations.
• Must be able to work in or outdoors during all seasons.
• Must be able to hear conversations (in person or via 2-way radio) in noisy environments.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Rate of Pay: $18.00/hour site dependent
