Responsibilities:
- Verify guests’ age and identification upon entry, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain a secure, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere for guests and staff.
- Intervene calmly in any altercations and defuse problematic situations.
- Provide great customer service to our guests.
- Greet and escort customers as necessary.
- Provide a professional security presence for customers and club personnel.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Ability to obtain Alcohol Training certificate upon hire.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience providing security or hosting services is a plus.
