Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Outside Sales & Service Specialist based in Grand Rapids, MI. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, performing service‑related tasks in the field, providing training to customers, and maintaining accounts. The role combines sales and service responsibilities to meet customer needs while promoting the company’s solutions.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales and Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Customer Service and Field Service for addressing client needs and resolving issues on‑site
- Ability to provide Training to clients to ensure effective use of products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software, and a valid driver’s license is require
