The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth by assisting with remote sales development activities and supporting the field sales team. This position manages dealer communications, initiates outbound calls to promote products and services, and provides essential account management, including onboarding and supporting new business clients to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success. The role includes processing routine sales tasks and supporting upselling opportunities to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Essential Functions- Assist with remote sales development calls and sales processes for assigned territories or dealers.
- Partner with field sales representatives to understand customer needs, business goals, and potential sales opportunities.
- Serve as primary support resource for assigned house accounts by managing day-to-day communications, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying upselling or retention opportunities.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding of new business clients, including helping with account setup, ordering processes, systems navigation, and expectations for ongoing support.
- Initiate outbound calls to dealers to promote new and existing products, highlight special offers, and deliver account management support.
- Provide accurate product and service information to support customer decision-making and identify upselling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing transactions.
- Manage routine support tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in ERP systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments (customer service, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and promotional materials in coordination with the sales team.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements in products or services.
- Build positive relationships with dealers and the field sales team.
- Partners effectively with the field sales teams to provide seamless customer support.
- Share insights, trends and opportunities with the team to support overall sales strategy.
- Anticipates and addresses dealer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders or product availability.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate in business, marketing or related field preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in inside sales or customer support.
Computer
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with dealers daily.
- Willingness to occasionally adjust work hours to support dealers and field sales team in different time zones.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity when handling dealer information.
- Product knowledge of hot tubs and/or pools.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Some travel may be required for team meetings, training, or dealer visits.
