Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time hybrid role located in Grand Rapids, MI, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing client relationships, managing and retaining ongoing accounts. Day‑to‑day tasks include engaging with clients, managing client expectations around annual goals and objectives, creating customized solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with client account management and maintaining long‑term partnerships
- Analytical skills for evaluating customer needs and crafting tailored solutions
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently in both office and remote environments
- Working knowledge of the healthcare industry or self‑funded insurance plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
