Mango Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a disciplined, professional Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines cold outside sales activity with office-based follow-up, documentation, and account management. The ideal candidate is organized, coachable, and driven to perform at a high level in a results-oriented environment.
This position offers uncapped earning potential for individuals who execute consistently in both the field and the office.
Responsibilities- Conduct cold outside sales in designated service areas
- Initiate conversations with prospective homeowners and property owners
- Educate clients on roofing systems, storm damage, and the insurance claims process
- Schedule and conduct roof inspections
- Present roofing solutions clearly and professionally
- Perform consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal team members
- Manage accounts from initial contact through contract execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and self-discipline
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable initiating cold conversations in person
- Ability to balance field activity with office responsibilities
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn insurance-based roofing sales
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Work ethic and follow-through are essential.
