Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

In this role, you’ll help boost revenue, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to our positive, collaborative agency culture. We’re looking for strong communicators with sales experience and a passion for protecting clients’ assets.

Applicants must have prior sales experience or a proven record of meeting goals.

• Identify prospects, convert leads into policies
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Exceed sales goals and support agency growth
• Stay current on products and compliance
  
  Use CRM tools for tracking and renewals
• Join team meetings and sales planning

• 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfort with outbound calls and closing deals
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Well-organized and manages time effectively
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (a plus, or willing to obtain)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
