We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative Trainee to join our dynamic sales team in the Kalamazoo, Northern Indiana and Chicago areas. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and develop essential skills for a successful career in the field. The Sales Representative Trainee will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to learn about our products/services, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

• Participate in training programs to learn about company products/services, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
• Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain practical insights into sales techniques.
• Learn to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address customer inquiries and objections.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals.
• Continuously seek feedback and incorporate learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business environments.
• Ability to become proficient in relevant sales software/tools.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
