Berger Chevrolet is hiring a full‑time Junior Sales Business Development Center Representative (Spanish/English). This entry‑level role expects new hires to generate leads, build relationships, and drive vehicle sales.

• Generate leads for automotive buyers, establish and maintain relationships with potential customers, and drive vehicle sales growth.
• Engage with potential and current customers via online technologies and telephone communications, including cold and hot calls, email, and follow‑up on marketing department social media campaigns and networking events.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each customer’s requirements, preferences, and budget considerations.
• Share information about current monthly sales offerings and dealership services to generate interest.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments for test drives and vehicle feature demonstrations, ensuring all customer questions and concerns are addressed.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospective and current leads to address inquiries, overcome objections, and guide the customer through the sales process.
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads using CRM software (Drive Centric).
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to build product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to support overall dealership growth.

• Base pay, monthly performance‑based commission (estimated first‑year total compensation $36,400‑$52,000), and an annual longevity bonus.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
• Prior customer service or call center experience, preferably automotive BDC environment using multi‑line phone system.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, proactive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems, call center software, and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and efficient.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment screenings, background, driving, and drug test.
