Are you passionate about developing relations and creating success for customers? Gabriel North America Inc. was established in 2015 and serves as our North American headquarters. We have 20 employees working from our showrooms in New York and Chicago, as well as from our textile warehouse in Grand Rapids, MI. As an affiliate of Gabriel A/S in Denmark, we combine global expertise with local presence, supported by a network of sales representatives across the United States and Canada.

To support the growth, we are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager located in the Grand Rapids, MI area: an outgoing, proactive profile, who can create and grow both relations and business, and expand our successful business in North America.

Your responsibilities and tasks
  • Drive continuous business growth by creating new opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships, ensuring positive development of revenue and earnings.
  • Identify and approach market-leading furniture manufacturers and other new potential customers and their organizations in close cooperation with our North American Sales team.
  • Prepare and implement sales budgets, with follow-up on revenues, costs, and activity plans.
  • Provide monthly reports to management on achievement of KPI’s, sales statistics, market intelligence, new projects, product launches, etc.
  • To be an expert in Gabriel’s brands and products, being able to provide our customers with expert advice about the most value-creating solution.

Reporting to the North American Director of Key Accounts, you will primarily be responsible for customers in West Michigan with occasional travel across the Midwest.
