We currently have 52 facilities located throughout the United States, Canada and the Philippines and are looking for hungry individuals to join our growing team.

Location:

Grand Rapids, MI. Pay range: $50,000–$55,000 annual ($24–$26/hour) with bonus opportunities.

• Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits.
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment.
• Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems.
• Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships.
• Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner.

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to continually learn about bisco industries, our customers and the industry.
• Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities.
• History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community.
• You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
