Responsibilities- Making five hours a day of outbound calls to potential customers
- Training on specific scripted techniques and putting them into practice
- Developing new leads
- Creating and maintaining your client base
- Sourcing parts
- Creating quotes and sales orders
- Closing sales and achieving quotas
- Managing open orders and returns
You will be provided with inside sales and product training, while building relationships and growing your client base. You will also work with a sales consultant to coach you to the path to success. We are specifically looking for an individual who has the potential to grow within our company by quickly demonstrating their self‑motivated work ethic. You'll meet weekly with your department in a group setting and one‑on‑one with your manager to develop personally and professionally.

Job DetailsJob Type: Full‑time (40 hours per week, 8-hour shift)
Hybrid Compensation Structure: Salary equivalent to $60,000/year during the six‑month training period, which becomes a draw on commission in month seven. The draw decreases by $10,000 per month until compensation becomes 100% commission in month thirteen. Commissions are uncapped.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm
Location: 100% onsite at our Grand Rapids location. Company‑wide meetings will be attended in person, four times a year, in either SC, MI or TX.

- 2+ years of Inside Sales Experience (prospecting, cold calling, problem‑solving, communication skills, active listening skills, time‑management skills, organizational skills)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Friendly and professional personality. You will be communicating (phone, email, chats, and video calls) with customers, vendors, and peers all day long.
- Above‑average computer and data entry skills, with the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- A logistical mind and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.
- Previous parts/counterparts sales experience is a plus.
