In this role, you will engage with customers by providing excellent service. You will be an expert on our products, using your knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers. You will share information about current merchandise, store promotions, and events, while executing operational processes efficiently. Your goal is to bring our brand to life for customers, build brand loyalty, and deliver productivity.

• Become an expert in the brand’s selling behaviors and leverage them to provide a premium customer experience.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions quickly and accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions, using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Utilize omni-channel offerings to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed.
• Respond courteously and promptly to requests from internal and external sources.
• Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.

• A good communicator who can effectively use technology and engage with customers and team members to meet goals.
• A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, always learning, open to feedback, and ready to take action.
• Courteous and professional in handling customer interactions and concerns.
• Skilled in basic information gathering to solve problems.
