With a mission to ensure every bride feels confident and cherished, the boutique offers expert guidance with a team of experienced stylists, many of whom have been part of Renee Austin for over 5 years. Known for its expertise in bridal fashion and tight-knit team culture, Renee Austin Wedding is passionate about being a meaningful part of each client’s special journey.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Grand Rapids, MI, for a Bridal Stylist. The employee will engage with brides to assist in selecting their dream wedding gown, assist in store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure an unforgettable, tailored shopping experience. Additional responsibilities may include creating engaging social media content, and supporting marketing efforts to enhance the brand’s reach and visibility, assisting in keeping the sales floor clean and organized, communicating with clients via phone and email, and supporting inventory tasks such as steaming, tagging, and restocking.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create memorable experiences and build strong relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
  • A strong sense of style, knowledge of bridal trends, and a passion for the bridal industry are desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit, team-focused environment.
  • Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in retail or bridal is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
  • Must be available on Saturday and Sunday, position would start around 25-30 hours per week.
