• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in the form of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
