As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, providing an amazing shopping experience for all guests and representing our values.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates whenever possible.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Has prior retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
