Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer a competitive wage of $13.00 per hour, flexible hours, and an associate discount.
