A Style Consultant is a team member who delivers an incredible guest experience, supports strong operations, and creates compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and drive sales on the floor and in the fitting room. The role focuses on welcoming guests, meeting their needs, maintaining a fully stocked and accurately signed floor, and ensuring smooth operations to enable quick self-discovery and a personalized shopping experience.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; support replenishment and guest services.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Support backroom organization, including locating merchandise for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing for merchandise, including clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests; support guest services and back out merchandise to the floor as needed.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Assist with guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with laws and store policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with us.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You thrive in a physically active role, with teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate technology as directed; effective communication skills; able to work independently or in a team and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed while handling multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurate cash handling and ability to climb ladders; ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; flexible schedule and reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures.
