Culinary Operations Lead

Overview

Mindset Meals is a growing social-enterprise startup providing flavorful, ready-to-eat meals. We’re building traction and scaling production. We’re looking for a strong culinary operator to help lead our Mindset Meals.

This is not a restaurant role

This is high-quality, high-volume production cooking similar to catering.

• Starting part-time
• $15–$17/hour to start
• Clear path to increased pay and hours as production scales

• Lead daily meal prep and production
• Ensure quality, consistency, and portion control
• Support menu engineering and food profitability
• Manage inventory, sourcing, and vendor relationships
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Organize kitchen workflow for efficient output
• Supervise daily prep activities

• Strong understanding of food cost and inventory
• Organized, reliable, and operations-minded
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Comfortable being part of kitchen content (photo/video)

We’re looking for a culinary partner, someone who wants to help build and grow the operation, not just fill shifts.

You won’t just run a kitchen, you’ll help build one.
