A boutique hotel in Grand Rapids is seeking a skilled PM Cook to support restaurant operations at its rooftop cocktail lounge. The Cook will assist with food preparation, maintain quality and sanitation standards, and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver excellent cuisine and hospitality. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, food handling certification, and preferably 1-2 years in a culinary role.
