As a Formulator on our West Market and XS Product Development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our nutrition portfolio. Your work will directly fuel the growth of our XS™ brand as it expands into a premier sports nutrition line, while also supporting unique product launches across the Americas and Europe for our other product lines.

This dynamic role offers a blend of hands‑on innovation and strategic partnership. You will take the lead on internal product development projects, from concept to launch, creating exciting new sports nutrition products like powders and hydration beverages. At the same time, you will collaborate with external co‑manufacturing partners to develop and launch a variety of local products, including nutritional gummies and food bars.

This position is perfect for a creative scientist who thrives on seeing their work make a direct impact in the market.

• Leading the formulation of new sports nutrition products, performing hands‑on work at the lab bench to meet specific nutritional and sensory targets.
• Designing and interpreting stability studies to ensure product quality and shelf‑life.
• Collaborating with co‑manufacturers on formula development, providing technical guidance and reviewing sample submissions.
• Acting as the R&D technical lead on project teams, working alongside colleagues in Marketing, Packaging, Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Participating in sensory panels to evaluate flavors and textures, ensuring an exceptional consumer experience.
• Communicating project progress and technical findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Minimum of 3 years of product development experience in the nutrition, food, or dietary supplement industry.
• Demonstrated experience formulating a variety of product formats (e.g., powders, beverages, gummies, bars).
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

• A passion for product development and bringing new ideas to life.
• Hands‑on laboratory and bench formulation experience.
• Knowledge of sensory evaluation principles and flavor systems.
• Ability to lead and influence within a collaborative, team‑based environment.
• Experience working with external suppliers or co‑manufacturers.
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and working with cross‑functional partners.
