• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Utilize measuring instruments and testing equipment to assess product quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformance issues to the production team.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in regular quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the inspection process.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance is a plus.
• Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
