Assist in implementation and coordination of quality programs, systems, and records. Data entering when necessary and generating specified APQP documentation. Perform product and process analysis for continuous improvement initiatives About Safari Circuits

• On Time Delivery and accuracy of PPAP Submissions per Customer requirements.
• Internal and external Containment activity and communicating Corrective Actions to the Customer to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Assemble internal and external quality data for the Customer Focus team to drive Continuous Improvement of Products and processes.

• Coordinates the processing of customer RMA/s, reporting of metrics and initiating CA/PA actions as a result of analysis with assistance from Senior QE and Quality Manager
• Generates Process Flow, Control Plan, PSW, PPAP, PFMEA and other such APQP forms with assistance from Senior QE and Quality Manager
• Performs IATF
  16949 and Customer required Self-Assessment audits
• Collects, analyze and charts internal process results, reject data and customer PPM data
• Recommends changes and improvements to internal documents, work instructions, checklists within QA/QC or operations
• Schedule and hold meetings with external and internal customers with assistance from Senior QE and Quality Manager
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum 2-year college (4-year degree preferred) or 4 years minimum experience in QC, QA IATF
  16949 automotive manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in preparation of Process Flow, Control Plan, PSW, PPAP PFEMA, other APQP forms
• IATF
  16949 knowledge. Auditor certificate preferable
• Proficient at generating Word, Excel programs and MRP, and data base management.
• Some travel (may be over night)
• Standing, walking, lifting, and able to observe all processes and operators
• Knowledgeable with tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, volt meters, schematics, etc.
