Overview

Job Summary If you like working outside and are a little adventurous, a seasonal position as an Adventure Team Member may be for you! As a member of this team, you would be responsible for operating and assisting with our Adventure attractions, including our 15 obstacle ropes course, Immotion VR experience, Camel Rides, 600ft Zip Line, and Funicular. While providing clear instructions, ensuring safety protocols are followed and creating a fun memorable experience for all guests.

Team Members are expected to deliver friendly, professional, and positive guest experience.

Starting at $12.00 / Hour for under 18. Starting at $13.75 / Hour for over 18.

• Must be 16+ to apply.
• Must be able to work 20 hours per week.
• Must meet the participant requirement of the Zip Line and Ropes Course.
• Must maintain a basic standard of physical fitness and manual dexterity, as the position requires the ability to climb, pull, and lift 50 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working at heights in high-risk experience areas that require wearing a full-body harness.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• The ability to multi-task and provide great guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to provide assistance as needed to other venues as directed by leadership.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks in support of Zoo operations and guest satisfaction.
