Responsibilities- Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
- Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
- Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
- Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
- Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
- Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise

- 2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 72hrs per pay period (Week 1: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri; Week 2: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat)
- 2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 72hrs per pay period (Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat; Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)
- 2nd shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 72hrs per pay period (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat; Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Fri)
- 2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 48hrs per pay period (Week 1: Fri, Mon, Sat; Week 2: Sun, Tue, Thu)
- $4 extra during the week
- $6 extra for a weekend shift
- $8 extra for a holiday shift
- A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
- Must be CPR certified
- Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
