• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Ability to administer medications; IV certification preferred
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
